Many customers are increasingly relying on Web forms to capture data from their customers. Conversely, web users are increasingly skeptical about filling in such forms.
- Do you collect information on your site via Forms?
- Do you have problems with Spammers filling your forms?
- Do you know where a visitor came from, and what pages they viewed before filling in the form?
- Do you track where all your forms go, and whether they are followed up?
in order to deliver a quality product to both of these interests, we developed our own forms management system.
Forms Design
Within the design of the form, we add logic to help the user in adding the correct information so that it is 'complete' when it is received by the web site. Incomplete information can have a potential customer waiting for a reply you can not give, due to lack of information!
Secure Data Capture
To grab a form and send the contents on to the user as an email is a lazy solution. Too often the email will be lost, deleted or not acted upon. When a form is submitted on our system, it follow through a number of steps to make the most from the client's interaction.
- The form is validated and any 'mistakes' flagged to the web client
- An email is sent to the web site owner to notify them a form was received, it may contain some, or all of the content
- An optional message is shown or email is sent to the web visitor.
- The form contents are stored in a database, so they can be extracted in the future
- Email and contact information can be added to the newsletter database for future mailings.
- The customer information can be added to the CRM system.
All our forms data collected is stored into a dedicated database. We may still send an email notification, but the detail can be viewed from the database.
