The quality of emails that you send can greatly reflect upon the perception by recipients of your company.

JD Projects has four levels of signatures that is uses with its customers.

Level 1 - basic Signature

This is defined as a simple signature added automatically by your email client program. This may be outlook, outlook express or our web mail application.

Level 2 - Graphic Signature

This is a more complicated signature where the addition of graphics, such as a logo can be added to the signature. In such cases there is a need to hosting these signatures on a public web site where they can be viewed by the recipient of the email.

Our system allows us to help our customers to setup such signatures and update them when required.

Level 3 - Graphic Stationary and Signature

it is also possible to add further graphics to an email by using an email stationary. There is again a need to host such graphics within a public server.

level 4 - Custom MTA signature

This is when our MTA agent within our mail servers will be responsible for adding a more complicated signatures. The email signature is activated by rules set for an email account and a 'marker' to show the end of the email.
