Considering the importance many business owners now put upon their web sites and email, it is surprising that they hand the responsibility for such services to large anonymous hosting companies. For a basic service fee of maybe just £10 per month they will be installed on a server with hundreds of other web sites.

These companies provide a good service for the level of fees, but they are only expected to provide reliable hosting and email and support to provide that basic service..
